createSecurityGroup

Helps in creating a standardized Security Group with a standardized name following the pattern:

`${projectName}-${securityGroupName.toUpperCase()}-SG-${stackEnv}`

Example:

projectName: MyProject

securityGroupName: API

stackEnv: DEV

Result: MyProject-API-SG-DEV
